Our History
MetroCiencia was founded by Dr. Paula Medina, a postdoc at the CSIC-ICM in Barcelona.
Seeking to be a private agency that contributes to the national and international scientific ecosystem.
Our track record includes European experience in internationally renowned scientific centers.
We work with researchers, universities, NGOs, and small businesses seeking technical support to design, analyze, and communicate technology-based life sciences.
We offer specialized consulting in life sciences, applied data science, and animal welfare in aquatic environments, utilizing modern tools and agile methodologies.
We have a team comprised of two highly specialized areas: in both Biological Sciences and Data Sciences.
In the field of Biological Sciences:
Dr. Paula Medina. Phd from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Postdoctoral ICM-CSIC Spain.
In the field of data technology:
Mg. Rodrigo Padilla. Postgraduate degree in Data Science from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and Data Analytics from Barcelona City Council.
